This recipe was created in our home kitchen using Catch of Norway Seafood's KING Scallops. Very easy to prepare and cook in less than 30 minutes. Ingredients (Serves 4) -500 grams of KING Scallops from Catch of Norway Seafood -1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt for the KING Scallops -1/2 Teaspoon Ground/Crushed Black Pepper (even better if you have Green Peppercorns) for the KING Scallops -Juice of 1 lemon. -3 Tablespoons of Salted Butter -1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil (Extra Virgin or Regular) -80 to 100 grams of pasta per person (Spaghetti, Bucatini, or Linguine are best for this dish) Cooking Instructions...
