Norwegian Atlantic Halibut Steaks/Portions
Our Norwegian Atlantic Halibut is white-fleshed flatfish that feeds on highly nutritious cold-water shrimp & crabs off the Norwegian coast. Norwegian Halibut is high in protein, vitamin D, vitamin B12, and selenium. This is a more nutritious, higher-quality, cold-water alternative to local flatfish and turbots.
Norwegian Halibut can be: poached, steamed, grilled, pan-fried, roasted, and even used in some sushi - sashimi dishes. Halibut has a nice firm texture that holds up well under all cooking conditions. Our Atlantic Halibut is available in 200 gram portions, with skin, boneless or as 200 gram steaks.
