Crispy Norwegian Salmon Skins
Our Norwegian Salmon Skins are naturally dried and ready to cook for quick, crispy, healthy, savory snack.
Cook similar to papads. Tastes great cooked in an air fryer as well!
Pan fried: use 4-5 tsp of neutral flavored oil (sunflower, canola, grapeseed, or light olive oil). Heat oil to medium high heat. Once oil is hot, add in salmon skins and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove once cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and some chili flakes.
Air fryer: sprinkle your favorite oil on top of the salmon skins and season a bit before starting cooking cycle. Cook 5-6 mins.
Deep fry: deep fry in hot oil for 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain excess oil. Season with salt, pepper, and some chili flakes.
Insider tip: these taste really nice dipped in a bit of honey for a sweet take on our crispy salmon skin snacks.
