Available all-year round, our Norwegian Atlantic Cod is low in fat, high in protein, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins B6 and B12, vitamin E, potassium and more. Not to be confused with warm-water ‘reef cod’, our Norwegian Atlantic Cod comes from the ice-cold waters of northern Norway that cultivates a highly nutritious premium fish. The fillets are white, with large flakes, and a light-taste. Atlantic Cod maintains it’s moisture whether steamed, pan-fried, deep-fried, or roasted. The skin is highly-nutritious and tasty. The cod holds up well under all cooking conditions. Atlantic Cod can also be used in curry dishes. Like haddock, this is a great option for fish & chips.
