Chilean Seabass
Chilean Seabass or Patagonian Toothfish- is a premium sea fish that is wild caught of the coasts of Chile, Australia, and New Zealand. It is southern ocean cold-water bass. It is very high in protein, low fat, and rich in potassium and Vitamin B6. It has a very smooth buttery flavor, medium flake texture, and versatile for steaming, baking, pan-frying, grilling and roasting in the oven. Classic preparations include with miso marinade or miso paste or simply pan roasted or pan fried with lemon, butter, and garlic. Add dill on top for a delicate herbal taste.
