Catch of Norway Seafood’s scallops are available fresh or frozen. The size of the scallop meat ranges from 6 cm to 9 cm, 35-50 grams each, excluding the shell and roe sack. The quality and size of our scallops are unrivaled in India. Our HAND-PICKED King Scallops from Norway are now available year-round in the whole shell or scallop meat only. Catch of Norway Seafood’s King Scallops are selected by divers from the fjords of Norway once they reach a certain size. This is to ensure #sustainability and quality scallop meat. KING SCALLOPS have a firm, delicate, meaty texture that is perfect for grilling, sautéing, and pan-fried for a crispy layer.
