Norwegian Atlantic Halibut Fillet with skin
Our Norwegian Atlantic Halibut is white-fleshed flatfish that feeds on highly nutritious cold-water shrimp & crabs off the Norwegian coast. Norwegian Halibut is high in protein, vitamin D, vitamin B12, and selenium. This is a more nutritious, higher-quality, cold-water alternative to local flatfish and turbots.
Norwegian Halibut can be: poached, steamed, grilled, pan-fried, roasted, and even used in some sushi - sashimi dishes. Halibut has a nice firm texture that holds up well under all cooking conditions.
Available in 500 gram skin on and skin off fillets.
Our Atlantic Halibut is also available in 200 gram portions, with skin, boneless or as 200 gram steaks.
