Catch of Norway Seafood 's Cold Smoked Norwegian Atlantic Salmon is cured in sea salt for 24-30 hours. The salmon is then ready to be smoked at a low temperature 30 C for 8-12 hours. The cold smoked salmon meat is soft, still moist, with sweet-salty flavor brought to the surface during the initial curing process. Our cold smoked Norwegian salmon is available sliced or unsliced.
